Tim Smith is a true coach, mentor and business consultant. He was awarded the ‘Coach of the Year 2008’ by Premier Mentoring. He gets great joy out of training students from all walks of life. He specializes in teaching wealth building, developing viable & profitable businesses, asset protection, and generating multiple streams of revenue including Real Estate and not only providing the tools needed, but also teaching students how to use them to improve their lives as well. He is an active investor and author who completed his first 1600 page book in 2005, and currently has several books coming out about wealth building strategies.

Over the years,Tim has helped thousands successfully put together business deals and turn their lives around. He helped one student from Maryland make a million dollars on their first deal. Another student from Massachusetts was able to save their home from foreclosure because he helped them set up an intensive low cost marketing program that got them several wholesale deals. They were not just able to avoid bankruptcy, but were able to start full time very profitable careers in investing.

He attended several Universities including the University of Maryland, Roosevelt University, and the Utah Valley University. He is diversely trained in System Analysis, Computer System administrator, Computer Programming, Cryptanalysis, and he is even working on obtaining his Private Pilots License.

Tim has earned several military awards during his ten years of service in the army including the “Meritorious Service Medal” and was an honor student at Electronic Warfare Signals Intelligence Cryptanalysis School of Texas. Tim is a disabled veteran but does not let that stop him from helping others and enjoying life.  He gives thanks each day and then strives to help others and to make the most of each and every day.

His drive to achieve excellence followed him out of the military and into his coaching and investment career. He won the Prosper Highest Success Rate Achievement Award 2004, EMI Investing Achievement Award, and the Enlightened Millionaire Institute Private Coach of the Quarter Award.

Tim is happily married to LuAnn. They have  two cats, three raven rock hens, and a bunch of  fish in their backyard pond. The hens are free range and love their custom henhouse designed and built by him. The couple loves to travel, go four wheeling with their ATVs and trucks, photography, scuba, downhill skiing, hunting, wood & metal work, and enjoying the great outdoors.  Tim also loves to ride motorcycles.

Tim is truly devoted in helping every student achieve great success.
